Missouri Needs a Map That Matches Our Values

Missouri is a conservative state. Yet our current congressional map doesn’t reflect that reality.

Across America, Democrat-led states like New York and Illinois have redrawn maps to stack the deck in their favor.

It’s time to fight back.

Mid-cycle redistricting is legal and proven. In 2003, Texas Republicans redrew their map mid-decade to undo a court-ordered map that favored Democrats. The case went to the U.S. Supreme Court. In League of United Latin American Citizens v. Perry (2006), the Court ruled that states can redraw congressional maps at any time, as long as they comply with federal law. There is no requirement to wait for the next census.

Mid-cycle redistricting isn’t radical. It’s settled law.

It’s not about special treatment. It’s about fairness.

President Trump has urged Missouri to act, and for good reason. Redistricting could deliver another Conservative voice in Washington, D.C.

Democrats know how to tilt the playing field, and they’ve done it in every state they control. Missouri cannot afford to sit this one out.

This is more than a map. It’s about protecting conservative leadership in Washington and stopping the Left from pushing policies that don’t reflect Missouri values.

We have the facts. We have the law. We have the momentum. Now we need action.
