Missouri Ballot Measures

Missouri ballot measures allow voters to approve changes to state law or the constitution directly.

In 2026, Missouri voters will vote on Amendment 3, Amendment 4, and other changes to the state constitution.

If the General Assembly refers a measure to the ballot, Missouri voters will also have the opportunity to vote on eliminating the state income tax.
