The 12 Days of Liberty Alliance Returns Next Week

The pre-filing period opened on December 1, and Missouri lawmakers wasted no time introducing the first wave of Conservative legislation for the 2025 session. That means it is once again time for one of our favorite annual traditions: The 12 Days of Liberty Alliance.
Between now and Christmas, Liberty Alliance USA will highlight twelve of the most important Conservative bills prefiled in the Missouri Legislature. The goal of this series is simple. We want grassroots activists across our state to know what is coming, why it matters, and how each bill will shape the future of Missouri.
If you want to see how this tradition has looked in past years, check out the recap from 2024 or 2023.
What to Expect This Year
The 2025 session is shaping up to be one of the most consequential in recent memory. We’ve got a chance to pass bills that will have a real positive influence on the lives of Missouri citizens, helping working families to make ends meet and protecting their voice in the electoral process.
Eliminating the State Income Tax
Missouri has a real opportunity to join the ranks of states that have ended the income tax. Doing so would strengthen our economy, keep families here, and attract new investment. Multiple prefiled bills point toward serious momentum on this front.

Protecting Missouri Courts from Foreign Religious Law
Senator Nick Schroer has already prefiled legislation to ban foreign religious law, including Sharia law, from influencing Missouri courts. Conservatives across the state have been asking for this protection, and 2025 looks like the year it finally advances.
Missouri needs to take action to prevent th inhumane, unAmerican implementation of Sharia law in our state. Next month I will be prefiling this legislation to ensure the people of our state will not be subjected to a foreign legal framework antithetical to not only our own… pic.twitter.com/bqMEttQNkr

Banning “Zuckbucks 2.0” and Outside Influence in Missouri Elections
Private funding of election offices is back under new branding. Missourians rejected it once, and the Legislature is preparing to stop it again. Expect multiple bills to strengthen election integrity and prevent outside groups from buying access to local election operations.

But did you know the same networks are also bankrolling local election offices?

Cracking Down on Foreign Influence
From foreign-funded lawsuits, to foreign Lobbying and more, the Missouri Legislature continues to take threats from hostile nations seriously. Several new bills will expand protections first championed in previous sessions.

Strengthening Public Safety
From police protections to reforms in St. Louis, public safety will once again be at the center of legislative action. Conservatives are preparing major efforts to give law enforcement the tools they need and roll back destructive policies from the Left.

A Preview of What’s Coming
Throughout the 12 Days series, we will release detailed breakdowns of the top twelve Conservative bills filed for 2025. Each entry will explain:
- – what the bill does
- – who is sponsoring it
- – why Missouri needs it
- – how it fits into the larger fight for our state
The first three bills in this year’s series will be announced soon.
Missouri Conservatives have a lot to look forward to in 2025, and the 12 Days of Liberty Alliance will make it easier than ever to stay informed.
Stay tuned.
