EXPAND SCHOOL CHOICE
This year for National School Choice Week, the Missouri legislature should expand the MOScholars program.
Late last year, as part of our 12 Days of Liberty Alliance series, we highlighted Senate Bill 727 from Senator Andrew Koenig.
This bill would ensure that every kid in every county has access to the MOScholars Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program. It also raises the total amount of tax credits available and expands the availability of charter schools.
The Missouri Senate President is on the record supporting school choice expansion as recently as last week.
