Who’s Behind the LA Riots?
When ICE agents began enforcement in Los Angeles this weekend, they were met with highly organized protests and riots.
The civil unrest is as bad as it’s been in any American city since 2020.
Who’s funding it?
Unfortunately, it’s the American taxpayer.
The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) received a $450,000 grant from the Biden Department of Homeland Security for “citizenship education and training.”
If you live in California, you’ve helped send nearly $34 million to the same group.
In their most recent year, CHIRLA jumped from 12 million to 34 million in government grants. Nice!

CHIRLA had lots of help.
If you look closely at the signs held by demonstrators, many bear the mark of the Party for Socialism and Liberation.

These are literal communists who are an offshoot of the old Workers World Party.
No wonder the SEIU and other Big Labor unions felt so comfortable participating.

Now, the Left is taking its chaos nationwide.
On Saturday, across the country, the Left is organizing a “Day of Defiance.”
This melodramatically titled “No Kings” Day calls for people to “rise up” and create “contrast” with the celebration of the US Army’s 250th Birthday.
“No Kings” is supported by all of the usual suspects: Teachers’ Unions, the ACLU, Greenpeace, the Human Rights Campaign, and the list goes on.
These supposedly mainstream groups have no problem amplifying the voices of literal communists who are attacking police officers and want to destroy our country.
That’s the state of the modern Left.
