Woke Mayor Quinton Lucas thinks he’s found the answer to Kansas City’s crime problem.
Hint: it’s not supporting our police or locking up criminals.
Some Kansas City officials want to ban the sale of single-serve small liquor bottles and beer in certain high-crime areas of the city.
