Last month, the corrupt UAW suffered a HUGE defeat at the hands of Mercedes workers in Alabama.
Unsurprisingly, the Union demanded a new election.
Under Joe Biden, they may not even need it.
The Biden National Labor Relations Board rewrote the law in its Cemex decision, unilaterally claiming the right to force management to negotiate with unions, REGARDLESS of how the workers voted.

Using the power of the federal government to impose fees AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT on workers who voted against their presence is unconscionable, but it’s where we are.
Workers deserve the freedom to choose which union they want to join, or whether to join one at all.
No worker should be forced to join an organization that spends directly and disproportionately to support Liberal politics.
It’s up to the states to protect workers from this EGREGIOUS overreach of the federal government.
