Liberal Judges Overturn Election

Liberal judges have done it AGAIN. 

Radical defund-the-police Mayor Quinton Lucas sued to overturn the will of the people to provide necessary resources to the Kansas City Police Department. 

A group of unelected judges sided with him to take away their funding.

Now Missouri voters will have to take up Amendment 4 once again.

In 2022, voters in EVERY county in the state supported the amendment. 

It passed with a margin of 63% in favor and 37% opposed. 

Why did they throw out the votes of over 1.2 million Missourians? 

Was it because of constitutional problems? 

Multiple subjects? 

Voter fraud? 

No, these unaccountable Liberal judges found the fiscal note was misleading. 

The fiscal note was crafted by disgraced Liberal former Auditor Nicole Galloway.

Missouri needs to TAKE ACTION against the extreme partisan bureaucrats who have taken over the courts. 

Judges should not be able to overturn elections for political purposes. 

We look forward to passing this amendment AGAIN in November.
