The RIGHT To Bear Arms

WE THE PEOPLE have the right to bear arms. It is OUR safeguard in preserving our democratic republic.

Our Founding Fathers understood this. And here in Missouri, we are working to uphold it.

Our elected officials have been committed to protecting that right throughout the legislative session. 

The outcome? RESULTS.

Their efforts have resulted in the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) – a bill that will protect Missourians from having their Second Amendment rights encroached by federal overreach.

SAPA has passed through the House. It has passed through the Senate. And now it’s in the hands of Governor Parson.

We have no doubt that he’ll deliver and sign this vital piece of legislation into law. 

It’s only a matter of time. 

This is a BIG win for the people of Missouri.
