Liberty Alliance USA is a Missouri-based advocacy group focused on public policy, government accountability, and ethics.

We research, communicate, organize, and advocate for conservative policies in Jefferson City and Washington, DC.

What We Do

Inform voters. We explain legislation, ballot measures, court decisions, and other public-policy issues affecting Missouri.

Engage citizens. We give Missourians opportunities to make their voices heard.

Hold government accountable. We follow what elected officials and government institutions are doing and make that information accessible to the public.

Leadership

Andy Bakker, Executive Director

Andy Bakker is Executive Director of Liberty Alliance USA, where he leads the organization’s advocacy, communications, and day-to-day operations. He serves as the organization’s primary spokesman and leads its earned media, digital communications, email, web content, and rapid-response work.

Andy joined Liberty Alliance USA in 2023 and became Executive Director in 2025. Before joining the organization, he worked in campaigns and grassroots advocacy, including managing large-scale volunteer and voter-contact programs.
